How do I cancel my order?
You can do so by logging into your account on our website using the “My Account” tab on the navigation bar or visiting https://elitenutritionlv.com/my-account . Please note you cannot cancel an order once it has been processed and shipped.
What's the status of my order & how do I track my shipment?
You can track your shipment by accessing the tracking information provided in the email after the order has been shipped or by logging into your account on our website.
An item is missing from my shipment. What do I do?
If you have received your order and you are missing an item, first check the invoice in the package to see if there are any notes on the missing item or if item is listed on the invoice. Contact us at [email protected] to notify us so that we may help in resolving the matter.
When will my back-ordered item arrive?
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock. Once the product is back in stock we will notify you via email.
What is your return policy?

I received the wrong product. What do I do?
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service at [email protected] within 72 hours of receiving the product to resolve the issue.
My item is damaged or defective. What do I do?
Contact us at [email protected] as soon as you notice the damaged or defective item and we will issue a refund in full or issue a replacement item at no cost.
When will my order ship?
All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving the order.
Do you ship to my country?
Currently we only ship to the United States. If you live in another country and would like to place an order you can contact us at [email protected] to request availability of shipping to your region. We will do our best to accommodate your order.
