As a dietary supplement, take two tablets with 8 oz. of water in the morning and, for maximum results, two tablets at mid-afternoon. Individuals weighing under 150 lbs may wish to begin use with one-half the recommended serving for the first week (one tablet once or twice a day). For best results, use as part of a reduced fat diet and exercise program.
